These works involved the demolition of the existing 1970's care home, Southwark Park Nursing Home.
The site comprised of 4 buildings ranging from one to three storeys. Buildings 1-3 were demolished using mechanical means down to ground floor slab level. To maintain stability, buildings 2&3 were demolished by stepping the bays.
